Quick question: once the sale is done, the wallet will be automatically available for download (and use) and also, will the coin be available on some exchanges already? Want to know if it will happen automatically somehow or more days will have to pass (if yes, when this can be estimated that will happen?).

My understanding is that it will be a while after this sale. My guess is that they will wait until they have a working prototype and then hold another sale for the remaining unsold genesis coins, probably at a higher price. Once they have reached the funding target, then the coins will be available, probably by downloading a client and importing the encrypted wallet that you received when you bought the genesis coins.
At the same time, there will be innumerable people who complain that the price after release of the working platform should be as low as it was weeks before and that people who took a chance early on somehow had an unfair advantage. At the same time as that, the devs will not bother running troll control software, probably to be nice guys.
