You don`t have to leave your wallet always on , you can turn it on from time to time to collect the stake
Oh and yes, I just noticed contradictory statements on http://www.fibrecoin.com/:
"FibreBoard is a(n) advisory board consisting of thirty community members."
but then
"The FibreBoard will be made up of 20 community member(s) that have more than 10,000 Fibre."
Do we have 20 or 30 members on the board?

You just noticed something that should be fixed already
the requirement for Fibre Board was changed to 4000 Fibre and the goal is to have 20 members on boardWe have about 15 members now
