As it stands right now, one could manipulate the market down knowing one has at least 45 days to work with before returning ones wallet to a healthy coin level. We might actually be seeing this as the price has dropped a little since the announcement. Just thinking this might be another carrot to help keep us honest with our staking.
Let's say the budget is for $30/coin over the next 90 day period. You might pay 17/90ths ($5.67) on day 17, 42/90th ($14.00) on day 59 (IE 42 days past day 17) then declare a new closing date at say day 75 of the period with a budget balancing payout at the new closing date of (($30 x 75/90) - $5.67 - $14.00 = $5.33. Then start it all over again. If your payouts are automated this might make sense, if they are manual then maybe it is too time consuming. This would make me think twice about having any serious number of coins on the exchange. Also if your data shows that the payouts are being reinvested in SYNC then releasing the payouts more frequently might help support and even out the the price.

You spoke, we listened. Lease period changed to ONE to 90 days - so it could happen at any minute. You are correct it is better to keep the market guessing.
