Issue regarding withdraw has been resolved! Chat support told me my withdraw would take 2-7 days, however I am confident they meant to say hours not days, possibly just a language barrier issue. I received my approx. 0.350 BTC withdraw in a couple hours. I am quite satisfied with that outcome.
