Everything back to normal now. We are working to improve the system but this will take time. If the exchange rate changes during a delay then we will give the benefit of the doubt to the customer, or simply not charge a fee - either way the customer will not lose out. We are working on a better way to notify everyone of these delays too, more to be announced soon.
