How about having frequent board meetings via irc & voting, all in-wallet, so we can decide where to go with the coin?

We could have brainstorming sessions, then a list of options would come out of that, then a week to vote, votes preserved on the blockchain for everyone to see.

Votes could be weighted by balance, not necessarily 1 coin 1 vote, so everyone can let their voice heard.
