Why don't you start with the 500 satoshi from faucet, and triple the bitcoin 7 times to easily make 0.01?

All jokes aside, there is no way you can get 0.004 btc (equivalent to $1.46) for free. You either need to pay for it, or earn for it through providing services, watching videos, watching ads, joining a sig campaign, etc.
