Primedice is very good.
I have been playing on Primedice ever since, so have to incline towards that from all the other sites.
Not sure if PD should be included considering their recent issues.

PD has been here the longest. They just had small issues recently, when they upgraded, but has been running the longest. It is the most trusted site for now.
