The first thing that I bought with btc was a used BMW. If I held them until now, I could have bought a new Lambo haha. 
I heard someone actually got a Lambo for btc a few months back.
Yes this is commonplace now. A dealership in Cali sells Lambos and Teslas for btc quite often.
