How do you propose selling these 30MH/s? Are you going to give your e-mail address to someone else (they get it and change the password)? Followed by the new owner obviously choosing his/her wallet address?
I have around 140MH/s that are currently not paying much, so looking to get rid of it. There are much better options than Genesis out there at the moment. Could use your advice.

I do not have that much attention on the account. But the procedure you explained, will be almost identical to mine. With the use of escrow, I will open the account for the buyer and he / she can check wether everything is alright. Hope its worth anything for you..
So again, 30 MH for sale, 1 BTC atm.
