You never stated the age of the recipient of the raspberry blowing. I was merely laughing at the enduring image of the ridiculous threat of  blowing a raspberry on someone's genitals, which is funny regardless. And you're not going to sue anyone. Either start the process of a lawsuit or stop making hollow threats because nobody is going to take you seriously.
