yeah, so that's an encrypted seed.  Unencrypted are only about 32.

Well... I hope some of the real experts here chime in...

But if no one else can help you, I can try writing you a python
script to manually decrypt the seed string from the wallet file
using a password.

Although I can't predict the results based on the funky behavior
the wallet is doing already.

What's the seed version?  Whats the electrum version?

How much coinage are we talking here out of curiosity
thats stuck in your wallet?
