I was striving to reach newbies, perhaps a bit older, a bit more traditional leaning, and maybe a bit more in step with a design and layout that I've featured here. I believe that as they approach my website, with a sense of curiosity and skepticism, the bells and whistles style might just deter them, and scare them off. After all, cryptos are not widely known, and/or accepted by mainstream society.
I respect your ability to take criticism well which will benefit you greatly in the future. You are breaking some design principles which affect usability and readability for humans in general despite the demographic you are targeting. I almost thought it was done deliberately at first to illicit a sense of nostalgia.
