and everything is frozen..

How long have you been registered? If you can't withdraw, I think is something related with. I can't help you if you don't give more details. Maybe there is a problem with your account.

I don't want withdraw.. just from 19th November everything stops counting.. I will write email to them, let see..

You have clearly misunderstood me.. I never said that you want it, just maybe the error is related, if everything stops counting may involve all type of issues not only for withdrawals. Did you tried to generate a BTC address? Works? I had the same error, but I have solved it without realizing.
