ICO at c-cex actually took place with all ICO conditions by agreement with Mark. Sell orders, withdrawals and deposits was disabled. But Mark wanted unlimited ICO so we had to inform Mark after 3 weeks that we will finish it in a one more week and open trading.
At the moment situation with our customers having BANX on their account is not good because we have a lots of BANX in our exchange wallet.
so u just opened trading while an ico was on going , and then fail to notify ur users of the pending fork.and then to top it off u still have the banx market listed and opened on the exchange knowing that the shares there are no longer valid.
