The post tells to post BT username, AFAIK. You can post cryotomine username if you are accepting Hashes over BTC.
Why do you not allow message in the national section? What is the problem? You can not understand language? I'm not agree with your choice because you avoid a possibility to increase advertising in this way.
It won't decrease the advertising. Some users just post in local board or in gambling, I know it because I am managing a campaign now.
People will join because of the higher pay-rates and they will post in other boards which may give better traffic. I hope you understand.
