I used c-CEX from 7/2014 and highly appreciated it. With c-CEX I can convert altcoin to altcoin

That time btc-e 1BTC = $ 350 and c-CEX 1BTC = $ 380. I want to sell high should I move my BTC in c-CEX for selling.
