Dear Devs: @Pat, @Gimre, @BloodyRookie, @Makoto, and @Jaguar, 

Here are some of my thoughts.  Your job is a thankless one.  You work hard on a great idea.  Those that would support you, most often don’t (yet).  But those that will complain, gripe, and insult do.
