Nobody can say, if this is legit or just shill accounts spreading FUD in an attempt to discredit blockchain.
Keep the balance in ANY online wallet at the bear minimum and buy a hardware wallet like Trezor for daily use. I send all my coins for investment to cold storage, and some for daily use to Trezor and have not had any troubles sofar.
