@RiverBoatBTC: Coinsortium's user verification process is managed in its entirety by a 3rd party company (Ardeva).
Ardeva's purpose is to be a central verification tool mitigating the requirement for users to submit their documents to multiple website owners. I for one grow tiered of having to submit my personal details to numerous websites.
When users register with Ardeva they are able to verify certain "modules" (Home Address, Income, Postal, Government ID etc) all of which helps build an Ardeva score. We then allow these users to link their Ardeva account with their Coinsortium account (just as you can on many sites with your Facebook, Twitter or Google social accounts). Should the user have certain Ardeva "modules" verified, they are granted additional access on Coinsortium to list projects etc.
Having discussed this matter in great depth with Frederic, Ardeva's founder, prior to our partnership, I would challenge anyone to successfully verify an Ardeva account using fake documentation and list a project on Coinsortium.
