never rule out that they may be in the process of being bought out already and can't broadcast any correspondence in the mean time to avoid SEC laws.  Not saying that is the case, but its a possibility.  Companies like TurboTax have a lot to gain by buying something like this to expand their customer base.  Again...just a possibility
