Did you not see the Karl Gray interview from April where he clearly said he was buying MAX? The guy owns over 100,000 Bitcoins - he wouldn't waste his time on some dying ShitCoin unless there is cause for it.
I agree Start will get pumped hard again but the inflation there is so ridiculously high that it could drop another 80% from here. Very difficult to call the bottom on START so I would just slowly accumulate it as it keeps dropping.
