I am still looking for outstanding posters. If I can not accommodate them now I will put them on the waiting list for next month campaign in case a spot opens up.

As mentioned in OP, re-enrollment will follow a stricter criteria than payouts. As such I may cut out a few of the currently enrolled posters and get new ones in the space. I may be able to take new participants also if I get extra funds.
