why cgminer still pool 0 slow/down?

Ok, now do the same but, with the kryptohash-cli.exe that is included in the daemon folder
From the Command Prompt type: kryptohash-cli getwork

I did that and first it told me I didn't set a password, which I did, but I realized I needed to move conf file into the roaming folder because it was looking for it there and not where I had the file originally, lol.
But I just tried again and got this message with that command:
error: couldn't connect to server
Edit: If someone has a working kryptohash.conf file can you paste it here, so we can see what it looks like?
