If you want to sell your account (be it PB mining, or whatever account), you can create a thread in the digital goods section https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=93.0.
You would also need pbmining to authorise the transfer and the fact that they are ignoring customer pm's doesn't bode well for anyone doing this.
