For anyone crapping their pants over the price you should read this:
Particularly apt:
"So my advice right now is to tune out the hysterics. Don't panic. And, most of all, don't abandon the discipline of buying great businesses when they get cheap.
When you're feeling lousy about your stocks, this is the kind of information you need to remember.
... and as long as you buy great stocks for great prices... a falling market shouldn't cause you anxiety.
It should cause you delight."the text you linked is about stockmarket and the companies in stockmarket; and it says about keeping ur money in the market 10 years or more...
which 10 years are we talking about in crypto altcoin market??? like our devteam/coreteam always says, sdc is not a company and doesnt owe us anything...
".....As long as you plan on keeping your money in the market for 10 years or more... and as long as you buy great stocks for great prices... a falling market shouldn't cause you anxiety.
It should cause you delight..."and comparing with apple chart is really funny...even while apple price was low, it was a company in the end...we should not mix apples and oranges
Skip you've already displayed your ignorance by making post after post based on essentially your own home-spun version of the
Efficient Market Hypothesis:
and like i always say, price tells the truth....but normal people like we will learn that truth when it is too late
"Critics have blamed the belief in rational markets for much of the late-2000s financial crisis."
How anyone who's been in crypto for any time can say that the prices always accurately reflect value is beyond me. Week after week we see shitcoin after shitcoin pumped to high heaven. According to this principle Fuelcoin is currently the 13th best cryptocurrency in the world. Fuelcoin. That says about all that needs to be said about the collective wisdom of the altcoin market.
The principles in the article I quoted apply just as much to investments in altcoins. Your buy-high, panic, panic, complain, panic, then sell-low strategy... however, is not one I'd recommend to others.
