Any and all information you have should be sent there, but hold off on MtGox codes for now as we are working with them to get that information (with the users consent of course).
Ok. I thought I had read that we could request our claim status through that email, and so I had sent a couple request but hadn't heard anything; and now it sounds like we won't get responses through that address. Is that right? Is there any way to check on our status?
