Obviously the lightbulbs are under NDA and could not participate. 
They can't afford lighting. Or maybe they're cutting costs and passing it off to the customers.
Their electricity provider doesn't accept paycoin as a bill payment.

i noticed that the real Paycoin altcoin community are getting quite active. price is on the rise. noted something about some pump or other on one of the toy exchanges in a thread earlier.
