Depends on your transaction fee, LB's bet engine will decide for it, for example if that engine detects that your transaction fee is not standard so for sure it will wait for 1 confirmation then you will see your bet(s) are coming down else you will see your bets instantly.

Edit: LB sends back payouts instantly....sometimes it might takes seconds because payback engine could be busy with processing a lot of paybacks, but if you didn't see your bets for minutes... for example for more than 3-4 minutes you can get help by moderators and if moderators were not on the line, you can drop a quick text at support@luckyb.it, then they will handle it.
