That's the talkcoin version. If you click the apple on the left of the screen menu bar and select "About this mac" you can get the OS X version. It may be that older OS X versions won't work with the client the way it's currently built.
I download it , the name is Talkcoin-Qt.app.zip, i delete the .zip ,run it ,but the wrong attention is "you can't open this app 'Talkcoin-Qt',it's mybe distroy ",
