Been asking for a refund since Nov 21 and he keeps stalling. I'm tired of it.
If you have proof of your claim perhaps you may want to open a scammer accusation thread and present your facts, assuming you aren't getting any responses from them.
Well I haven't quite given up hope that he is going to respond and make this right. So, I would hope it doesn't resort to this. But I am really upset, because I was promised the refund by the close of business Dec 4th and now it is almost Dec 6th. This is not cool.
