if i have to choose to lend / deposit my coins between: (a) newbie (b) legendary with + status, i'd choose the latter
My choice would be whoever demonstrated better trustworthiness (that doesn't automatically mean the legendary account) and always with the understanding that anyone can turn scammer given sufficient motivation.
maybe but like see dooglus is legendary and you expect 100% honesty from him now
