I feel that POW is needed to get everything (exchanges included) moving again.

The changes of the code are easy. Do you prefer a ninja relaunch (i.e. I update the github repository and both post here and in a new thread to let you know so you can start mining), or to give an advanced notice of 2 or 3 days?
