Your first step is to google Dogie's Miner Setup Guides and go from there. Overall, it took about an hour to glean information and setup the first miner, then only about 5 minutes on the next.
It might be Sushi but I'm not sure he sells on Amazon. Either way whoever is listing them on Amazon keeps infringing on my copyright.
He is referencing your guides and to search on google. There is nothing that infringes your copyrights there or nothing ethically wrong with that in and of itself. The post is publicly accessible. If he is using your photos then yes he is infringing your copyrights. BUT You also have not attributed your photos to any kind of copyright license. Whether it be Creative Commons or any other kind. And a poor mans copyright is notoriously difficult to hold up in court. That said if it's an issue contact amazon and let them sort it out.
No not the post..... the pictures, all the Antminer stuff on Amazon (apart from U3 for now) use my pictures which are NOT provided under CC. I have contacted Amazon, after weeks of waiting they just tell you to have your lawyer contact their lawyer, ie "no".
Are the pictures officially copyrighted? If you demonstrate that you have them copyrighted with paperwork then explain to Amazon that they are enabling copyright infringement they will quickly drop the entry. Just stating the work is yours is not enough. You have to show them that there is a legal copyright for the photos for them to take action on it. And of course drop the not-so-subtle you are enabling copyright infringement line, that might make them consider it. Worst case you can go to social media and make it a thing, the PR nightmare from that for them will be enough for them to take action. Up to you of course how far you want to protect your copyright.
