It pains me to see all the issues which i have caused, albeit for whatever perceived good intentions or reasons they were, its still pain which I have caused.
I have let you down. I have lost your confidence and i have lost your trust.
This is/has truly not been my intention. I would very much like to put this whole "mess" right. But in-order for me to be able to do this to the best of my
ability I need your help.
I apologize for the way this all turned out, and I admit that it was a badly decision by me.
Trust is the most important thing, and all I want right now is to restore your trust in me.
The crowdfunding campaign was created because a friend of mine owns 1,500 ATMs, and I had the opportunity to get Aero used on those with the proper funding.
after watching a new coin with similar white paper as aero get 2000btc with out single line of code..i got overly excited.
The huge detail I forgot was that the community had been waiting for a product almost 4 months.
When you are so close to things like I am, it's easy to get caught up in things and not see the reality of it all.
Therefore I am closing down the IPO.The funding will not happen, and ATM's will not be a reality right now.
However, myself and the team are working on ways to get funding without asking the community.
Meetings with different investors has been set up, and we will try our best to make it a reality.
I need to know what you all think is the best way to proceed. I only want what is best for you all, I always have and I always will !
However, I have a problem which i hope you all take on-board and that is the new blockchain which was planned to take over the role from the
AERO block chain is superior in terms of its spec for the AeroME platform.
If this means doing a coin swap at a new ratio or whatever ratio you guys decide, its the new AeroME (AM) blockchain which will help me to continue
my work best.
Ideally this is what best should happenCoinswap will happen on the 20th december, at bittrex.
All 12 million coins will go to the Aero holders. Meaning a ratio of 1:1.66 (1 Aero gets you 1.66 AM).The coinswap has to be done due to some technical desisions which were briefly explained above. However, The updated AeroME coin (AM)
has been developed with some included "hooks" for my calls to the blockchain which AeroME platform will leverage. These API calls are needed
for the platform to carry out blockchain operations from within the AeroME platform GUI. These has been a number of improvements in way
the nodes have been setup and have deployed DNS SEED techniques which have a much higher degree of reliability and flexibility than the
previous AERO daemon/network
However, If a consensus cannot be made on how best to proceed, I will do whatever it takes to make this right.
It was just me being overzealous and eager to get us something which was really special and above and beyond all our expectations.
This is still my goal "to give you something special" and if this means "we" have to revisit this ipo again at some other date I will ensure i am able to
include you all in the decision making process.
Please Always remember I have done what i done with only the best intentions. I truly did not mean to cause you harm and distress.
Finally, I have re-instigated a dialogue with the Bittrex team to see the options available regarding time frames for decisions on any corrections which
will be made. And to see what new terms (if any) will need to be agreed upon.
The last thing I wanted was to be looked at like a scammer, and it makes me feel horrible that some people belive that.
I will do my best to restore your faith in me, and the first thing I am gonna do to accomplish that is releasing AeroME.
The coinswap needs to happen first, but after it I will publish an announcement on the release and KryptoLyding will start of a twitter campaign to create
awareness.

Finally, I did not have anything to do with any price changes in the run up to this ipo announcement, this would have been counter intuitive in respect to the terms which myself and the bittrex team were negotiating at the time. Furthermore The Bittrex Team are very stringent on what i could and could not do. The guys over in Bittrex are all fair and also mindful about issues such as these. Please understand Bittrex team pointed out a number of issues which I was expected to face and they were right.
btw.. if anyone has any suggestions how how they think we should proceed feel free to spit them out. They will be read. Majika just wants what's best for Aero. I think he's been thinking over a bunch of possible paths on where to go from here. Any feedback will be considered, and I wouldn't be surprised if you guys are asked to pitch in your opinions on various possibilities he has already started to come up with.
Pull the CFC/IPO
Maybe get peer review of the fully working AeroME
Make a proper new, separate ANN for the CFC/IPO including screenshots and/or even videos of AeroME in action
Set the CFC/IPO for some stage early in the new year - December is just completely the wrong time for these

Yes, There will be a complete external and independent peer review corried out on said platform.
in regards to the possibilities of future IPO/funding scheme we will
ALL need to discuss options and best methods to reach satisfactory outcome.
