FYI, Trex is delisting SC on Dec. 15th. I don't have time to sort through this thread at the moment so don't know if it's been noted or not. I'm just trying to rescue some SC that are stranded there before I forget about them (again).
I'm trying to get a clean wallet synced and getting no connections. I've tried to find some addnode addies for the .conf, but can't seem to track anything down. Maybe your new wallet will sort it out?
If you don't have a new wallet very soon that works, please publish some valid nodes on the OP?
Thanks.
The current wallet works fine for me.
v1.1.0.21-g32a928e
I suggest you download the latest version from github And a copy of the blockchain.
Backup your active wallet as (say) silkwallet.dat
Delete All Silk files and folders, if possible using Revo or another uninstaller that will remove all Registry components, or install on a machine that has not been used for Silk.
Run silk and close it.
Delete the blockchain files and folders (use the contents of the zip as a guide) and replace with contents of blockchain zip (don't just overwrite).
Let the wallet sync And Then replace the wallet.dat with a copy of your backup (rename your backup to wallet dat).
I don't use a conf file or addnodes. These should not be necessary. Just speculating, but they might even be counterproductive if they're out of date.
I assume you know how to find the appropriate files in their default locations.
Don't try to connect through a proxy such as Tor. This used to work and then it stopped working.
Best of luck.
