Can you please help verify this rule section:

 Minimum and maximum bet amounts on all events will be determined by Nitrogen Sports and are subject to change without prior written notice. Nitrogen Sports also reserves the right to adjust the limits on individual accounts. For bitcoin users the max bet limit is 10 BTC and the max payout for a single bet slip (including parlays) is 25 BTC. For real money users, the max bet limit is $1,500 USD and the max payout for a single betslip (including parlays) is $100,000.00 USD


a) Does the 10BTC max bet limit apply to all betting events including props and alternative lines?

b) What constitutes changing of the maximum bet limits?  For example, if one were to implement a martingale betting system, how can one be assured that he'll be able to follow through without the risk of being limited at any given time?
