Viper / What happened here, why refund part of my money without telling anything?

What happened? I am still waiting for my machine,  even  it's super delayed. There are no news, no prototype, no updates, nothing. But today, PayPal refunded my initial paid money, and I am so confused and shocked. I didn't ask for refunding, and you did it without asking me. I fully paid long time ago, what about my other 2/3 money? What about my machine? I checked my order status, it shows my order cancelled! You guys can't deliver the machine any more? If like so,  send back my 2/3 left money too, otherwise, give me the machine I ordered.!!!! I swear I never give up to get my all money back or get my fully functioned machine!!! Answer my question here or send pm to me ASAP! I am waiting for your response and plan my next action seriously against you guys. Let's better find a good solution for this other than some ugly things happen.
