Not right now. Only 2 of the devs are in Russia. One is in Israel, Germany and the US.
As GreXX explained pages ago, we are hiring remote devs for help on the coding instead of setting up an office in Belarus with on-site devs.
"office in Belarus" is just a scam the devs used for controling the price for their sell...
