See I don't get this. I don't see why you're insisting on scape goating him. Is it because he's not anonymous unlike the people who actually syphoned away the money?
Why aren't you after the heads rather than the one person who tries to set it right?
I understand that, it seems you don't get many elements of what's happening.
From day one I am calling this a scam and stating that
all individuals behind the Bitbay operation are scammers. I said from day one that
all of them will be quite rightly end up in jail. Scammers needs to go jail ...
all of them, period. However, the one who had chance to get this right, because I had given him many-many chance to come forward was David. David even refused my offer to cooperate yesterday when I said him last time that, takes this shit seriously, lets come forward with the info because we are going to talk to the police in Netherlands to track down
all participants of the scam. No, David was laughing that no one is going to jail.
As we speak, my lawyer, you know (at least the VRC community knows who is he) the very same guy who visited Mintpal when the VRC hack happened and then I could provide the VRC devs with some very valuable info about what to do and what not do do with Mintpal/Moolah, so a well tested and experienced legal professional talks to the Netherlands police to see how to start proceeding.
One thing is sure, the police will not cherry pick the scammers and all participants of the scam will be brought to justice. So don't worry about me, what my agenda is ... you should be just worrying about yourself that in the meantime don't support the scammers not David nor Bob nor Steven - none of them.
I'd really like to see people like Bob brought to justice. I lost money on this as well though thanks in part to this thread those damages were limited. It would be a step towards stopping crypto from being a playground for scammers.
I just don't see why I'm hearing more about David than about Bob from you. If you want to make a big case out of this why not go after the big fish? I don't know the full case but even from your words I only see David being paid a normal price 90 btc (or something?) for his technology. Meanwhile Bob and his cronies are making a dash with the 660 btc.
I won't apologise for being a fan of this technology. The ICO was a scam and people like me have been a victim. But the product clearly isn't.
