10% of it is 29.9 Petahash.
Cumulative hashrate on Paycoin 20-30 minutes after launch: ~2.35 Petahash on just the main pool(which is likely 10% of all Paycoin hashrate), not counting solo miners and other pools
2.35/(29.9-2.35) = 8.52% minimum hashrate that switched over, not counting solo miners and other pools,
Basic math. Do it right.

Your maths is out by a mile 299,090,788 GH is actually 299 PH so 299/2.35 = 0.82% if you want to quote maths make sure you know how many GH to a PH it is 1 million.
