It is not wise to trust a website to generate random passwords, this should be done locally.

They are probably honest but even 95% is not enough when it comes to passwords :

Hi Everyone,

Need strong (and funny) passwords to help secure your visited sites?

My buddy and I put together a funny geek password generator. Looking for opinions and ways on improving.
http://geekpasswordgenerator.com is the URL.

As always, donations help!!! Smiley

It is fun but it involves trusting the website.

The website doesn't keep any user data and it will not ask you to input anything.

Correct. 98% chance it is fair but who wants to take a 2% chance you are getting a password that is saved maybe without the site knowing?

Little point, How would the site get anything by saving the password? as long as they don't know you e-mail/ID/username it doesn't matter much IMHO. I mean as long as they don't generate a username and a password security concerns wouldn't be very important.

Good point but you could try the passwords for bitcointalk pseudos or emails; getting public emails or usernames is not difficult.
