He´s a really helpful german mod, who cares about everything, if you ask him.
where I helped someone who couldn't ignore a German user, so I tested that I could. I don't read German forums to have encountered his actual posts. I'll remove it from the post in case anyone actually wants to use my info.
My list is not an authoritative or maintained list, or supposed to be useful to you in any way, it's just what my current ignore list is on bitcointalk as requested by OP.
