Putting in a dispute will stop him from being able to move the paypal money. UNLESS he is a smart scammer and used master/slave paypal account scam, in which case you might be able to still get your money back, but he will also get his money (and paypal takes a loss)


PS: Next time at least use an escrow so you know that you get a card # at the very least...
