"I met a bloke in a bar who said for $1000 he would cloud mine bit coins for me, but he didn't" versus "I have a cloud mining contract between me and Jason which he has clearly defaulted on".  One would stand up in court and one would be laughed out the door.  We paid in Btc and got paid back in Btc.  Do any legal systems even count that as money?
