Also going by that post on tm laws the original paycoin never achieved  that secondary descriptive meaning or whatever while pretty sure new paycoin will have? nfi how the laws work just curious.

TBH was a pretty confusing and stupid move to make a coin the same name as one that exists. I get the feeling its game over for original pyc cause like others have said, whoever has the most lawyers wins
