I don't trust this site and its order pricing. They seem to know how far to go on the bid side. Only to robot's orders but not yours. They will drop prices when your coins are listed for sale.

Agree... this exchange is crazy and has left all customers at the dark for too long
They do have "very active" IRC but all are robots and no human there. And honestly where is lan? Does he reply to emails anymore?
As an exchange, you seriously need someone replying all emails everyday instead of ignoring most of them
Up until recently Ian has been running this exchange all on his own. I know at one point he had some trouble with his support email. That is probably why you never got a reply from him. Now there are a few of us that are able to help with support. Our IRC channel does have vote bots that allow for users to vote for a coin they would like to see added to the exchange as well as vote for a Coin of the Day (0 buy fees for that coin's market). Those are likely the bots you are seeing, but we are absolutely active in the channel and are offering support. If you change your mind I'm happy to still help out.
