As a short update on December 18th:
contrary to their announcement https://www.mining-asics-technologies.com/newsflash-mat-24-11-2014/, MAT has not reopened their shop on December 1st. They only offer extremely expensive hosting contracts. Also they are not refunding customers who have bought excalibur miners. In their last 'newsflash' they said that they had turned the refunding-business over to a third party without any explanation whatever that may mean. They do not answer questions about this matter. The only people who are known to have received their refunds are people who hired themselves a lawyer and sued. In all known cases MAT agreed to a settlement (payed refunds).
Anyone without legal representation is apparently very much out of luck at the moment concerning their investment.
MAT has been sending emails for months now telling customers that they will receive their creditnote/refund soon, without anyone ever getting their money back. This is exactly the same stalling tactic they used when they were pushing the delivery-deadlines from July to December and further.
Everybody who wants their money back from this company is well advised to stop giving in to their deceitful manipulations (promises via email/website, sockpuppets, psy-op photoshoots) and get legal counsel now!
