There is no name attached to cards. I understand you want to have a bank statement to verify your address. Since the cards are transferable you can register the card under your real name and have access to online panel where you do see online statements if that helps.
Yes, I accept Escrow. You can pick you favorite Escrow provider, but you cover Escrow fee.
