You are missing a chain. Check power supply. Connections. Reboot. If it still is no good try swapping some cables around to isolate where the problem is.
thank you for your help , i check PSU , change PSU , change cable , reset factory ... nothing change
Maybe the cable from the controller board to the hashing board is not on properly. Have you opened it up yet to check internal cables?
